The puzzle itself is good quality, but the box is cheap, and it’s hard to read the writing.
I like the mug but just wish the lid was not made of plastic.

As the title says, the timeline of when it would ship did not match what took place. I did not have the item for my mothers 80th birthday and I left a couple days leeway when ordering. If you have plenty of time - ie over two weeks then go for it as the product was high quality and as described.

The bag is very nice. My wife loved it and loved the personalization of her name on the bag. It smelled like dead fish inside, but a few dryer sheets inside and within a few days it was fine.
