Ordered a monogramed tray on 10/11. Received mock-up on 10/15. No updates. Reached out on 10/22 to check status. Sent me another mock-up on 10/23 (which I already okayed). Finally sent out on 10/23 and delivered gift to recipient on 10/29. She is currently traveling (which I knew before I ordered in early October). Have no idea if it really arrived or what it looks like.

The color of the graphic was not bright and vibrant like the picture. It's dull and washed out looking, like it's faded, but it's brand new.

Bought for my niece 18th bday and she loved it but tired to use the straw and nothing comes thru it. That was the whole purpose of getting this bottle for her. She had one other bottle but it did come with a straw.

I ordered 2 for my 10 year anniversary. One looked like the pic, the other was just an odd shape. Neither one had the & sign between the names, only a useless comma.

It really wasn’t what was displayed at all, now the frame was really nice. But you couldn’t tell who was in the picture. No definition at all. Really disappointed as this was an anniversary gift for my wife.
