I bought this present as a gift and after it didn't deliver on time I tried to track it and then reached out to customer service. They said there was miscommunication internally. I had to follow up again to see when it would be shipped. Sadly it was much past the birthday by the time they received it. Not much of an apology or even an offer to discount the item. Thanks for covering shipping, express at this point would have been nice. Sorry, but hard to work with you with this kind of result.

As the title says, the timeline of when it would ship did not match what took place. I did not have the item for my mothers 80th birthday and I left a couple days leeway when ordering. If you have plenty of time - ie over two weeks then go for it as the product was high quality and as described.

The bag is very nice. My wife loved it and loved the personalization of her name on the bag. It smelled like dead fish inside, but a few dryer sheets inside and within a few days it was fine.
